1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Taylor’s Tails Dog Walking. By booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
Taylor’s Tails provides dog walking and in-home dog sitting services. Services are provided at the discretion of Taylor’s Tails following a successful meet and greet.
 

3. Meet and Greet
A free meet and greet is required before any first booking. Taylor’s Tails reserves the right to refuse service if a dog is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
 

4. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Online bookings are treated as booking requests and are not confirmed until approved.
 

5. Payments
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved online payment methods.
 

6. Cancellations
Dog walking bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged at 50 percent. In-home dog sitting requires at least 7 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged at 50 percent.
 

7. In-Home Dog Sitting
In-home dog sitting includes overnight care and an evening walk unless otherwise agreed. Additional daytime visits may incur extra charges. Availability is limited and subject to approval.
 

8. Dog Health and Behaviour
All dogs must be healthy, up to date with vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions. Owners must disclose any behavioural issues prior to booking.
 

9. Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Taylor’s Tails will contact the owner or emergency contact. Veterinary treatment may be sought if necessary, and all costs remain the owner’s responsibility.
 

10. Liability
Taylor’s Tails holds appropriate insurance but cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or death unless caused by proven negligence. Owners accept that dogs are walked at their own risk.
 

11. Keys and Property
Keys provided are kept securely and are never labelled with personal details. Taylor’s Tails is not responsible for the security of the property beyond reasonable care.
 

12. Off-Lead Walking
Dogs will only be walked off lead with written permission from the owner.
 

13. Weather Conditions
Walks may be shortened, adjusted, or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions for safety reasons.
 

14. Data Protection
Personal information is stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing services.

15. Changes to Terms
Taylor’s Tails reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
